When you submit a form on this website we collect the details you provide: your name, practice name, work email, phone number, specialty, state, claim volume, the service or package you are interested in, any message you write, and the figures you entered into a calculator when you choose to send them.

We also collect standard technical information such as the page the form was submitted from. We do not ask for patient information through website forms and ask that you never include protected health information in a website message.

We use your submission to prepare and send the analysis you requested, to respond to your enquiry, and to follow up about the services you asked about. Submissions are stored in our secure client system and emailed to our team inbox at info@medxcode.com.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

When Medxcode provides billing, coding, audit, denial management, accounts receivable or credentialing services, we act as a business associate under HIPAA and handle protected health information only as permitted by the business associate agreement with your practice.

PHI is never collected through the marketing forms on this website. It is exchanged only through the secure channels agreed during onboarding, under role-based access controls and audit logging.

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the business relationship, then deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

This website uses only the storage needed to operate the site and to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use website cookies to build advertising profiles of individual visitors.
